Recipe for the cofee

The cofee is very tasty drink. A plenty of people love it. I think it is kind od obsession.

Ingredients:

2x teaspoon of cofee (non-granulated recommended)
1x cup of water (not carbonated)
2x teaspoons of sugar (if you like sweet tea)
1x cup


Instructions:

01. Heat the water till boiling.
02. Put the cofee into the cup.
03. Put hot water into the cup.
04. Pour the sugar into the cup if you want.
05. Wait for 1-2 minutes.
06. Drink the cofee.

Enjoy your cofee!

Tools - Tablespoon

Tablespoon is one of the most used measure units in cooking. It is mainly used for middle-sized amounts of liquids. The volume of tablespoon is approximately 15ml or 0,5 fl oz.

Ingredients - Cane Sugar

Cane sugar is made from sugarcane and it is the most common type of sugar. In its raw unrefined form (the brown one) is also more healthy than the white. The brown sugar contains high amount of calcium, magnesium, potasium, iron and viamins.

Recipe for Beef Steak - Classic Version

The classic version of steak is easy to prepare and it is very tasty dish. It also brings many carbohydrates to your body.


Ingredients:

1x slice of beef
2x tablespoon of oil (sunflower oil is the best)
2x tablespoon of spice mix (1/4 salt, 1/2 pepper, 1/4 chillies)
1x saucepan


Instructions:

01. Knock the steak by joints, but softly!
02. Put the spice onto the steak (thin layer).
03. Put the oil into the saucepan.
04. Heat the saucepan about one minute in full flame (full power).
05. Put the spiced steak into the saucepan.
06. Fry from both sides till the steak is lightly brown.

Recipe for Black Tea - Classic Version

Black tea is famous drink especially in Arabian countries. It keeps you fresh and brings a lot of vitamins in your body. It has also light antiseptic effect.


Ingredients:

1x teaspoon of black tea (Assam or Darjeeling recommended)
1x cup of water (not carbonated)
2x teaspoons of cane unrefined sugar (if you like sweet tea)
1x cup


Instructions:

01. Heat the water till boiling.
02. Put the tea into the cup.
03. Put hot water into the cup.
04. Pour the sugar into the cup if you want.
05. Wait for 5-10 minutes (more minutes - stronger tea).
06. Pour the tea over paper filter or sifter.
07. Drink the tea.
